I am Chef Patricio Massimino. My Culinary adventure started 17 years ago in the High Culinary Institute of Madrid, where I studied and had apprenticeships at One Michelin Star restaurant El Chaflán in Madrid. In 2006 I started as a commis chef with the restaurant Enrich in La Moraleja in Madrid – one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in the big city. I worked there for almost 6 years in two different periods, leaving the restaurant as chef de cuisine. I left for a few months to continue improving my culinary skills in France, to study at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
In 2012 I started to work with Atrio Restaurante, a 2 Michelin star and Relais & Chateaux member. After Atrio, I worked at Ramón Freixa Madrid, a 2 Michelin Star and also Relais & Chateaux, then I started my 7 year Caribbean journey working for Aman Resorts in Turks and Caicos Islands. Moving again to Barbados to the iconic Sandy Lane Hotel for 3 years, and finally I moved to the island of Anguilla to work as Executive Chef for Auberge Resorts in another iconic property called Malliouhana (all of them high luxury boutique hotels), before coming to Bucharest to join Le Bistrot Francais Relais et Chateaux. My style of cooking is Mediterranean with French, Caribbean and Asian influences.
