Condiments: mainly Curcuma, Fried almonds and pine nuts

MAKMOURAH
Layers of dough, Chicken, Onion and Olive oil
Condiments: cumin, salt and cardamom
MALFOUF (the cousin of the Romanian Sarmaleh)
Boiled cabbage, Rice, Ground meat
Condiments: Mix of Jordanian condiments, Onion and garlic,
WARAG DAWALI (vine leaves)
Grape leaves, Mixed vegetables and Burgul
KUFTA
Minced meat, 40% lamb, 60% veal
Onion, Parsley and Olive Oil
Sauce of the kufta, made from water (to liquefy it), Tahini and lemon juice and a spoon of yoghurt.
MOSAKHKHAN rolls
Arabic bread or tortilla
Chicken breast
